Refund Policy

• Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the transaction
• Processing time: 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Bank charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your donation before the transaction is completed. Once processed, cancellations will be treated as refund requests.
